You may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason. No lengthy explanations required — we trust our customers.

To request a refund, contact us at support@coreaddons.com or via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for your request. We process all refunds within 3–5 business days.

2. Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product was purchased directly from coreaddons.com (not from a third-party marketplace such as the WooCommerce Marketplace).
• You have not filed a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for the same transaction.

We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund if you are experiencing a technical issue — in many cases we can resolve the problem quickly.

3. Purchases from Third-Party Marketplaces

If you purchased a CoreAddons extension from the WooCommerce.com Marketplace or another authorised reseller, refunds are governed by that marketplace's own refund policy. Please contact them directly.

4. Renewals

Annual license renewals are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge date, provided the renewed license has not been used to access updates or support during that period.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). Processing time is 3–5 business days from approval, though your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
