When the customer is ready to proceed, they click the Accept button in the offer email. A WooCommerce order is created instantly at the agreed price and the customer is directed straight to payment — no re-entering cart or product details.

Both store admins and customers have full visibility of all quotes. Admins see a comprehensive list with statuses — Pending, Offer Sent, Accepted, Declined, Expired — and can filter and search across all requests.
Customers can view every quote they have submitted and the status of each offer in the Quotes section of their My Account page.
